Terms and conditions

Last updated: 31 October 2026 · apply to orders once ordering opens

These terms set out what applies when you order a blood test from Don’t Die Labs. We kept them as short and clear as we could. The German version is binding.

1. Who we are

The seller is P001 AI LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, trading as Don’t Die Labs. Contact: hello@dontdielabs.com.

2. What you get

You order a kit to take a small blood sample at home. An ISO 15189 accredited partner laboratory analyses it. The laboratory medically releases the report, and you get it with plain-language explanations.

Which markers a panel includes and how the sample is taken (finger prick or upper-arm collector) is shown on the product page when you order.

3. What the test is not

The test is for wellness and prevention. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a medical exam or treatment. If you have symptoms, an emergency, or a result worries you, see a doctor. Don’t change any medication because of a result without talking to your doctor first.

4. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and have a delivery address in Switzerland. The kit is for you. The sample must come from the person the kit is registered to.

5. How the contract is made

Offers on the website are not binding. When you complete an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs as shown when you order. Kit delivery, return postage for the sample, lab analysis and the report are included. Any VAT is included.

You pay upfront with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Our payment provider Stripe processes the payment.

Discounts on follow-up tests apply as described on the website at the time you order.

Ordered kits cannot be returned or exchanged and the price is not refunded. This does not apply if we are unable to provide the service.

7. Delivery

We ship the kit with Swiss Post, usually within one to three working days. Each kit has an expiry date. Take the sample before that date.

8. Taking and returning the sample

Follow the instructions in the kit. Take the sample Monday to Thursday and post it the same day in the prepaid envelope, so it doesn’t sit in the post over the weekend.

If the lab can’t analyse a sample, for example because there isn’t enough blood or it was damaged in the post, we send you one replacement kit free of charge. Further replacements are available at cost.

9. Your report

You usually get your report three to five working days after the lab receives your sample. Some markers can take longer.

If a value is in a range that should be checked by a doctor soon, the report says so clearly. In that case, please book a doctor’s appointment right away.

10. Defects

If a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, email us a photo within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll send a new one free of charge.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury as the law provides. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on a result without talking to a doctor, or for delays caused by the post.

12. Data protection

How we handle your data, including your health data, is described in section 13 of our privacy policy. Before your sample is analysed, we ask for your explicit consent at checkout.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the version on the website when you placed it.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). As a consumer you can bring a claim at your place of residence. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, the place of jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen.
